All participants who wish to attend the scientific sessions and the social events are required to register for the conference. Each registered participant will be allowed to present one oral talk or poster.
For registration, please log in the conference website (www.esmc2018.org) with your personal credentials and use the “Registration and Payment” link in the “Author menu”.
Please note that, although your abstract has been accepted, presenting authors must register by April 15th in order to ensure inclusion in the final program.

The registration fee for regular participants and students include the conference program, participation in all sessions, lunch and coffee breaks, a reception and the conference banquet.
The registration fee for accompanying persons includes access to the welcome reception, the lunches and the conference banquet.
To register as a student (undergraduate, graduate or PhD student) a proof of enrollment (i.e. a scanned copy of the student ID card) must be send to the ESMC2018 Secretariat by e-mail (info@esmc2018.org) to confirm the student status at the time of the conference. Postdocs must register as regular.
Note that the registration fee automatically includes the annual EUROMECH membership fee (€30). Non-EUROMECH members who wish to attend the conference become members automatically for one year when they register for the conference. They will be invited to renew their membership subsequently. The membership of EUROMECH members will automatically be extended by one year.
